Obseen Productions is a Record Production and Artist Development Company based in Sydney Australia. We focus on providing solutions for Artists looking to forward their careers in a Modern Music Industry.
The company is headed by our Executive Producer, James Guido who has over 15 years experience working in the industry. After growing frustration watching the flaws and broken systems of the 80's and 90's continually to strip the power from Indie Artists, Guido launched his Company with a narrow focus on empowering Indie Artists to succeed.

James Guido is a record producer, songwriter, and artist developer based in Sydney, Australia, working internationally across pop, alt-pop, and commercial music.
With credits spanning ARIA-charting projects and Sony Music releases, James has produced and written for artists whose music has climbed national charts in Australia and New Zealand, and streamed widely around the world. His work has been heard across radio, editorial playlists, and national TV placements.
Known for his sharp ear, versatile production, and artist-first approach, James specialises in taking artists from early demos through to fully realised records that connect. Whether it's refining the core idea of a song or overseeing an entire release campaign, he operates with the care of a collaborator and the standards of a label.

In July - August 2025, James will be based in Los Angeles, working with emerging and established artists on new music, writing camps, and release development.

Having spent the better half of a decade touring internationally with the likes of Cap Carter, Grent Perez, Wave Racer, Carla Wehbe & Cosmos Midnight, Charlie is a Live Show Mastermind.

Charlie's methodical approach ensures seamless results night after night. Charlie's playbook lives in building live shows, Music Directing and Playback engineering for some of Australia's biggest exports.
